This page provides you with information to help you with booking your Gray Line tours.

Find Tours

To make a Gray Line booking first find the tour or tours that you want to book:

1. Check out the top 5 tours on the homepage
2. Search through the experiences of the Explore New Zealand feature on the homepage
3. Go to the tours page where you can then search for a tour by experience or by location

Related Tours

To ensure you get the very best out of your New Zealand holiday, we have included related tours at the bottom of each tour page. These tours are similar to the main tour you are looking at, but have other ‘add-ons’, travel or accommodation options that you may like to consider. This way, you get to view all the options available to suit your time and budget.

Your Favourites

With so many fantastic tours and parts of New Zealand to experience, to make your decision and booking process easier, you can save a list of your favourite tours by clicking the ‘Add to Favourites’ link at the bottom of each tour page.

This way, if you decide to book more than one tour, you can do so in one transaction. If you need more time to decide, simply save your Favourites and come back later to update your options and book.

Ready to Book?

When you have decided on the tours you want to book, simply click on the ‘Book Now’ buttons provided either on the tour pages, or on your Favourites menu.

Then, we step you through four simple booking stages: 

1. Select – specify travel options for the tour(s) you’ve selected
2. Quote – view the total price for the options you’ve specified
3. Payment – pay by credit card
4. Complete – we confirm your booking

Booking your New Zealand experiences with Gray Line is so easy. You can book one (or many!) tours using our real-time online booking service. Here we provide some more information about how our booking process works.

All day tours can be booked and confirmed immediately online up to one day prior to travel. Overnight tours will be confirmed by a Gray Line customer services representative after your online booking has been received.

Share the Experience

We're making it worth while for you to invite some of your friends and family along to experience Gray Line tours with you. You can save 10% on any Gray Line booking for 4 or more people at one time (booking may include multiple tours but discount only applies to a single booking transaction). This will automatically be calulated and deducted as you continue through the booking process.

Currency

All prices on this website are displayed and processed in NZDs, therefore relevant exchange rates will apply. You can compare NZDs with your currency at any time using an online currency converter. We also have a currency converter in our booking pages.
