Gray Line operates every day of the year including Christmas day. Your tour is instantly confirmed at the time of booking on all day tours while some overnight tours in busy months especially between October and March may require a time to confirm accommodation arrangements included in the tour itinerary chosen.

A booking with Gray Line also includes a pick up service from your central city or airport Hotel or Motel. A drop off service is also included on all long distance Day Tours from Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown.

Our tour driver provides a personable and informative commentary on points and places of interest during your tour.

Tour coaches on most long distance Day Tours have restrooms on board. All coaches are airconditioned with large panoramic windows. On most departures, Gray Line's unique twin deck coach operates on ourTour 7R, Auckland, Waitomo, Rotorua, Auckland Day Tour.

Multi lingual taped commentary is available for non english speaking passengers on most services in Japanese, German, Spanish and Mandarin.

Tours include admissions to attractions included in the tour package chosen.

The Auckland Museum does at times request a donation from visitors. The amount requested is $5.00 per person. A visit to this museum is included in our Auckland Highlights Tours.

Infants travelling up to 4 years old are free of charge unless occupying a seat. Any direct charges for services during the day i.e food, drink for the infant are the responsibility of the parent. Children between the age of five and fourteen are 50% of the adult fare.
